Clean friendly good food

AWE-MAZING!!! O.M.G.! Spicy jalapeno crunch roll, shrimp tempura, chicken teriyaki bento, orange chicken, spicy pork, and fried rice combo...ALL had great flavor and quality. Staff is very pleasant...as soon as I entered they smiled greeted me and said to sit anywhere I'd like. Now being a minority I thought I'd get the side eye but nope these gentlemen were as authentic and welcoming and great as you can get. I will be back! Dang this is yummy food!

The food was great. The only thing I didn't like was the waiter. He just hung around until we ordered.

The miso soup n Washington Roll is bomb

A fav spot for tasty Japanese food. Certainly a top place in the area. Service is typically above par. It has a cool atmosphere. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.

Great food at great prices.

The food was decent. I went with a party of 5 for lunch. The place was pretty empty so we weren't inconveniencing anyone. We ordered, two green muscle appetizers, two langoustine rolls, two sashimi plates and a dragon roll. The other 4 people were served in a decent time but everyone else was almost done by the time I received my dragon roll. The green muscles were also over cooked and rubbery. Not a bad place but I've had better.

This restaurant is clearly one of the coolest place in the neighborhood. Always when I come to this place I am exceedingly happy. They hold their very high level service and the highest level of food they give. You will be always satisfied with this place. Very recommended.

Havent been in awhile, will be some time before I return. Waiter was a mess gave our order to someone else,when we finally got our order teriyaki beef was tough and tempura vegetables were cold. What happen to our favorite go to spot ?

Food here is always filling and very tasty! It's not the best food you'll ever eat, but that doesn't take away from the fact the food is still very good. Prices and service are great here, too! My only critique is that it could be slightly cleaner.

The food was very tasty and the price was quite modest. We were greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was more like a quick food place with a television, rather than like a Japanese restaurant.

Veri good food nice service

It's a clean and fast service. I had to go back for the Bento with Salmon y Pollo that comes with salad tempura and miso soup. You can't get any better for you money.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The prices are decent, the food is great, the owners are very friendly. I’ve been to plenty Japanese food restaurants in the area but this one still remains my favorite.

Food is great, my service was ok and can't believe they aloud someone in with a guitar asking for donations. Parking is really bad hard place to get in and out of.

This is a hidden small restaurant located at 1219 Saviers Road in Oxnard Ca., I used to go there very often when I lived in Oxnard like 3 years ago, today my boyfriend invited me after work and for my surprise the food was so much better than before!, sushi is fresh, customer service is really good and the cheff was very polite, we did not wait a long time to get our food, we only went for a snack but I ended up ordering more!, I ordered a Seaweed Salad, a Tiger Roll, a Philadelphia Roll, Jalapenio Crunch Roll(Jalapenio Bomb) and it comes with a Miso 🍲, a beef teriyaki bento, and a Washington roll, I'm very pleased with this place and we'll definitely comming back soon!

Food really is tasty. My kids like this place very much. The service could be a bit stiff. I was surprised to see It not very packed on a weekend, but few people came in to pick up orders they had called in to go.

Great dynamite sushi roll and perfectly creamed edemamae

We were trying to find sushi close to Heritage Square and found this place. Very pleasantly surprised by the prices, as it was probably about 30% less than we are used to paying. The bento my wife got was surprisingly large portion for the $9, the salmon was a proper 4-5oz filet. I ordered a couple of rolls, the Sensual Pleasure roll and the Jalapeno Crunchy roll. All of the food came out pretty quickly. The crunchy roll had a lot more crunch on it than I had anticipated, but otherwise was pretty good. The Sensual Pleasure roll was great, spicy scallops and spicy tuna together made my day. I'll have to ask our local places to make me something similar. Overall a pretty solid place at a great price. Service is a bit slow, but very friendly.
